Baseline Systems feature advanced soil moisture sensors with a series of irrigation controllers that water landscapes only when needed. In other words, Baseline let's the grass water itself. Base line systems are buried within in the turf down to its roots. While installing the sensors, they are saturated with water and progress into a 24-hour auto-calibration cycle. Through out this process the sensor measures the rate at which the soil becomes dry. This information is then used to automatically adjust your controller to water more or less frequently.
